ReplyDeleteWhat a great connection you've made between yourself and the seagull. It made me giggle. I wonder if your friends and family think you are obnoxious and loud? I do agree that seagulls are like that. My dog loves to chase them when we take her to the beach.
You talk about the seagull being an intelligent bird that is able to teach others the behaviour it learns. That probably is you as well.

I like seagulls. They remind me of my childhood and growing up near the beach. Although I was born in New Zealand, the rest of my family were born in the Isle of Man, a small island between England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. I lived there for a while and have great memories of walking on the wild west coast and seagulls flying overhead. You could see across the ocean to Ireland, and it was such a mystical feeling. The birds added to that whole atmosphere.
Excellent work Rico, you’ve done a great job at laying out your work and, like Sharon said, making a connection between yourself and the personality of seagulls.
